The industrial park focuses on the production of rice cookers, energy-saving lamps, electric kettles, and coffee and milk pots; some of them are exported to overseas markets, and have gradually formed into industrial chains, such as raw material supply, product R&D, spare parts, assembly production, sales and services.
With an annual production capacity of 30 million electric rice cookers and 20 million energy-saving lamps, the industrial park has formed a preliminary cluster production base, making itself the most characteristic industry in the park.
In 2010, Guandu Industrial Park had a total output of 3.1 billion yuan ($492 million) and a total of $54.25 million in foreign trade, and created nearly 8,000 jobs; all of which brought good economic and social benefits.
